A chip touch-up keeps the painted area small. It may leave a visible outline or texture close up. For a smoother, more uniform finish, compare a sprayed repair before choosing.

The first two totals comprise base estimates of AED 200–500 and AED 500–1,000 plus 5% VAT. The quotation confirms the areas, materials, labour and total payable. Dent removal, rust treatment, trim removal and wider repainting are separate where needed. Additional work requires approval.
Touch-up painting is best considered for isolated paint loss with sound coating around it. We check the depth, location and surface underneath, rather than treating every mark as missing paint.

For suitable surface marks in sound clear coat, without adding colour. We check whether enough coating remains for safe refinement.

A small touch-up is not a miniature full-panel respray. We explain the likely appearance in normal viewing and close inspection, so the repair matches your expectations as well as your budget.
We use the paint code as a starting point and compare it with the colour on your car. Previous repainting, fading and neighbouring panels can affect the match. A colour name such as silver or pearl white is not enough on its own.
These finishes change with light and viewing angle. A filled chip can reflect differently from sprayed paint, even with a suitable colour. We discuss that difference before choosing touch-up or a wider blend.
Low-gloss paint needs sheen matching too. Ordinary polishing can create a glossy patch. Tell us about matte paint, a wrap, PPF, ceramic coating or an earlier repair before work starts.

Rust, bubbling, loose paint and peeling clear coat need the cause addressed first. Covering a failing surface with colour does not make it a sound repair.
Exposed steel can rust, while a plastic bumper does not rust like a steel panel. We identify the material and coating condition before deciding on cleaning, primer, body repair or refinishing.

Several chips in one small area may be quoted together. Scattered damage across a bonnet, bumper and doors involves different preparation and access. We identify the areas included rather than advertising an unlimited chip repair.
Tell us about previous paint pens, polishing attempts or fresh coatings. These can affect preparation. For a lease return or sale, share the inspection requirements; the repair record should accurately describe the work, and acceptance remains with the inspecting party.

Confirm the collection time before dropping off the car. Paint that is ready for collection may still need care before washing, machine polishing, waxing, ceramic coating or applying PPF.
Our paintwork carries a two-year warranty, under the written paint-warranty terms for the agreed repair. Keep the quotation and invoice identifying the areas we painted.
The two-year warranty is for paintwork only. It is not a blanket warranty on body repairs, replacement parts or mechanical and electrical work. New stone chips and parking scratches are new damage, not a promise that repaired paint cannot be marked again.

No. Touch-up adds paint to a small damaged area. Correction addresses suitable surface marks without adding colour. Paintless dent removal reshapes a suitable dent while retaining the paint, but it does not replace paint missing from a chip or scratch. We assess which work your car needs.
Not by covering it with colour. Corrosion and failed coating need appropriate preparation or a wider repair first. The correct treatment also depends on whether the panel is steel, aluminium or plastic. We explain any additional preparation in the quotation.
Some minor repairs can fit a same-day appointment, but assessment, the booking slot and drying requirements determine collection. Send photos before travelling and tell us your deadline. We do not promise a while-you-wait repair for every chip or scratch.
The two-year warranty is for paintwork only, subject to the written terms for the agreed repaired areas. A fresh stone impact, parking scratch or other new damage is not the same as a paintwork concern. Keep the invoice and contact us for inspection before another workshop alters the repair.
