What we are here to do

Make body repair decisions clearer

A dent, scrape or collision can involve more than the damage visible from one angle. Panel alignment, paint layers, adjacent components, warning messages and previous repairs can all change the correct route.

BodyShop Dubai is an independent workshop in Dubai. Our role is to inspect the vehicle, define a practical repair plan and explain that plan in plain language before work moves forward.

We do not use invented team profiles, vague awards or dealer-authorised language as proof. Trust should come from the inspection, the agreed scope, the workshop process and the finished vehicle.

Evidence before assumptionsPhotos can help with an initial conversation, but a firm repair decision may require an in-person inspection.
How we earn trust

A repair process you can follow

Good workshop communication should reduce uncertainty. These are the principles we use to keep decisions understandable and the work accountable.

1

Inspect before estimating

We look at the affected area and relevant surrounding parts before recommending a route.

2

Explain repair and replacement

Where more than one route is possible, the differences should be clear before approval.

3

Keep claim evidence organised

For accident work, useful photos and documents can support a clearer discussion with the insurer.

4

Respect materials and finish

Steel, aluminium, plastics and painted surfaces require different preparation and repair decisions.

5

Consider connected systems

Impact location, sensors, cameras, warning lights and EV-related areas can affect the repair plan.

6

Review before handover

Fit, finish and the agreed repair area should be checked before collection is arranged.

The people behind the repair

A connected workshop team

A body repair is not one person performing one operation. It moves between customer communication, damage assessment, panel work, paint preparation and final review. Each role needs the same agreed scope.

How a job moves through the workshop

Five clear stages

Not every vehicle needs the same operations, but each repair should have an understandable path from arrival to handover.

Listen and record

We note the concern, damage history, warning messages and relevant documents.

Inspect the vehicle

The affected and adjacent areas are checked before the scope is agreed.

Agree the scope

The proposed work, known limitations and approval route are explained.

Repair and refinish

The approved body, paint and finishing work is completed in the required sequence.

Verify and hand over

The agreed areas are reviewed and relevant aftercare is explained.

Workshop proof

Process matters as much as promises

Preparation and final checks are less visible than the finished paint, but they have a direct effect on the result.

Controlled paint preparation

Refinishing begins with the correct substrate preparation, masking and process for the approved repair.

Final quality review

The repair area should be reviewed for the agreed fit, finish and presentation before handover.

Clear by design

Independent does not mean vague

No unsupported status claimsWe do not describe the workshop as manufacturer-authorised unless that status can be verified.
No fixed method before inspectionThe repair route can change with material, access, damage depth and vehicle information.
No photo-only certaintyImages can guide an initial conversation but may not reveal hidden or adjacent damage.
No silent scope changesAdditional findings should be discussed before work outside the agreed scope proceeds.

Vehicles we assess

Repair planning that starts with the vehicle

Dubai roads include daily-use cars, premium vehicles, luxury models, electric vehicles and a growing range of Chinese brands. The badge alone does not decide the repair method.

We consider the panel construction, finish, impact area and relevant vehicle systems. Where a required operation falls outside the agreed workshop scope, it should be identified before approval rather than hidden inside a broad promise.

About BodyShop Dubai

Common questions before visiting

Are you an authorised dealer workshop?

BodyShop Dubai is an independent body and paint workshop. We do not claim manufacturer authorisation or dealer approval unless it is specifically documented.

Can you help with an insurance accident repair?

We can help assess visible damage and organise useful repair information. Any claim approval, coverage decision or insurer requirement remains subject to the insurer and the individual policy.

Can I receive a final quotation from photos?

Photos can support an initial review, but they may not show damage behind a panel, alignment changes or related components. A firm scope may require the vehicle at the workshop.

What should I bring for an accident assessment?

Bring the vehicle registration or VIN details, available damage photos, relevant warning information and any police or insurance documents connected with the incident.

Where is BodyShop Dubai located?

The workshop is in Al Quoz 4, Dubai. Contact the team before travelling so the vehicle and required inspection can be planned properly.
